Job Summary
Maintenance Worker responsible for repairs across carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks; maintain light and plumbing fixtures, repair doors, replace ceiling/floor tiles, unload deliveries, move furniture, assist with facility inspections and fire drills, and perform cleaning tasks including trash removal, power washing, and snow removal. Requires at least three years of building maintenance experience. Benefits include health/dental plans, paid vacation/holidays, 403(b) with company match, tuition assistance, and FSAs. Office located in Manhattan, NY; full-time schedule Tue-Sat 12pm-8:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years consecutive experience in building maintenance and/or in the skills mentioned (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical)
- Trade school/training certifications, High School diploma or GED a plus
