Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on grounds, parking areas, drive ways, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, and HVAC. Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed while adhering to manufacturer specifications and established policies. Maintain a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license, with snow plow and landscaping experience preferred. Report directly to the maintenance supervisor on a Monday-Friday schedule with on-call rotation.
