Job Summary
Perform various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of apartment facilities, including painting, servicing appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures, and repairing faulty parts. Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, lighting, and major equipment to perform necessary repairs with Property Manager approval. Maintain the physical appearance and curb appeal of the community through lawncare and cleaning, while managing inventory of tools and supplies in the maintenance shop. Take after-hours emergency calls as assigned. Requires availability for on-call emergencies at all hours and the ability to stand or walk for long periods.
