Job Summary
Conduct apartment make-ready procedures including painting, appliance servicing, plumbing and electrical repairs, and lock changes. Perform regular inspections of grounds, buildings, lighting, and major equipment to ensure facility integrity and resident comfort. Maintain the maintenance shop inventory and manage lawn care to preserve curb appeal. Accept after-hours emergency calls as assigned. Requires availability for on-call emergencies at all hours.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Electrical skills
- Plumbing skills
- Carpentry skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Availability for on-call emergencies at all hours
- Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities
