Job Summary
Conduct apartment maintenance by performing make-ready procedures including painting, appliance servicing, plumbing, electrical repairs, and lock changes. Perform regular inspections of grounds, buildings, lighting, and equipment to ensure facility integrity and resident comfort. Manage the maintenance shop inventory and execute lawncare to maintain curb appeal. Handle after-hours emergency calls as assigned. Requires strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills with availability for on-call emergencies at all hours.
