Maintenance

Maintenance position at Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. in Ashland requiring inspection of equipment and performing repairs or preventative maintenance. Must be skilled with hand and power tools, able to read blueprints, read a tape measure, and perform tasks such as replacing bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, pulleys, and minor plumbing, with opportunities across maintenance levels and exposure to pneumatic/hydraulic systems, motors, welding, and painting-related tasks. Must have 2 years of schooling or 2 years of experience for level 1, and 3 years for level 2; requires ability to read equipment manuals, follow safety guidelines, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with others. Educational requirement includes High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of equivalent experience; physical demands include standing, lifting up to 15-20 lbs, and working in a manufacturing setting with potential evening/weekend shifts.
