Job Summary
Maintenance Utility responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across buildings and grounds at Roaring River State Park, including lodging, retail stores, restaurants and employee housing. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing minor issues in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, masonry, painting and waste management; conducting preventative maintenance; organizing service requests; maintaining neat grounds and safe operation of equipment; upholding customer service standards; regular inspections for maintenance needs; promoting safe work practices; ensuring recycling practices comply with environmental processes; maintaining restrooms and stock levels; fostering a positive team environment and adhering to ISO environmental and quality management systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of facility maintenance experience
- Knowledge of safe work practices (OSHA)
