Job Summary
Seasonal Maintenance Utility role at Montauk Lodge involved in maintaining buildings and grounds, including landscaping, recycling, restrooms sanitation, and general upkeep. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on equipment, operating mowers/trimmers, ensuring cleanliness and stocking of restrooms, reporting maintenance needs, fostering teamwork, and upholding health, safety, and environmental standards. Requires strong communication, ability to work independently, and physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Start date is immediate after onboarding with an anticipated end date of 10/31/2026.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years facility maintenance experience
- Knowledge of safe work practices (OSHA)
- Ability to work day/night/weekend/holiday shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
