Job Summary
Full-time Maintenance position at UMH Properties, responsible for groundskeeping, maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance within the community.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- A broad range of experience in home repairs, general plumbing, grounds maintenance and the operation of heavy equipment
- Snow plow experience
- Ability to prioritize safety in all job duties and attend periodic safety trainings
- Time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
