Maintenance Turnkey Punch Tech/Painter

Conduct interior and exterior painting, including full-unit repaints, trim work, and surface restoration through scraping, sanding, and spackling. Perform light punch work such as repairing minor plumbing issues, replacing light fixtures, and adjusting door hardware. Execute make-ready tasks by changing unit locks, rekeying cylinders, and cutting new keys for incoming residents. Walk vacant units to inspect for defects and compile final punch lists to ensure completed units pass quality checks before move-in. Maintain clean workspaces and store paint inventory while assisting with common-area painting projects as needed. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and one to three years of hands-on maintenance and painting experience.
