Maintenance Turnkey Punch Tech/Painter

Conduct interior and exterior painting, including full-unit repaints, trim work, door painting, and exterior touch-ups. Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, spackling, and applying primer, then patch holes, repair cracks, and texture minor drywall damage. Perform light punch work such as swapping faucet aerators, clearing clogs, replacing faceplates, and changing unit locks. Walk vacant units to identify cosmetic and minor mechanical defects, compiling a final punch list. Ensure completed units pass management quality checks before the scheduled move-in date. Maintain clean workspaces and store paint inventory. Assist with light common-area painting or property curb appeal projects as needed. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance team and community manager to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
