Job Summary
Maintenance Trades Helper assists journeyman-level workers by performing duties of lesser skill, including wire wheeling, grinding, drilling, masking, stenciling, and maintaining equipment; supplies equipment, materials, and tools; assists with handling and disposing of hazardous materials; applies knowledge from previous work; may perform other tasks as directed. Requires high school graduate or equivalent, ability to wear a respirator, lift/carry 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights and in enclosed environments; U.S. Citizen with valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Tactical Operator License, CAC and base access; KBR benefits and values emphasized. Location: Jacksonville, Florida, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Medically and physically capable of wearing a respirator
- Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound sacks of material
- climb ladders
- work at heights and in an enclosed environment
- U. S. Citizen
- Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License
- able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access
