Job Summary
Maintenance Trades Helper assists skilled maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and may support custodial and grounds duties. Responsibilities include supplying materials and tools, cleaning work areas and equipment, performing routine O&M inspections, sanitizing and cleaning offices/restrooms/common areas, trash/recycling duties, lawn care tasks (fertilization, weed control, irrigation), snow removal, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality maintenance operations.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizens who are eligible to obtain and maintain clearance
- Minimum of two years working in the maintenance field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
