Job Summary
General Maintenance Worker responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall condition of outdoor venue spaces. Performs repairs across plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems; conducts routine facility inspections; supports preventative maintenance schedules; responds to urgent maintenance requests during events; assists with event setup and breakdown; maintains tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition; and adheres to safety procedures to ensure venues remain event-ready and provide seamless guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience
- Minimum of 2 years of plumbing and electrical experience required OR relevant trade certification preferred
- Experience in outdoor environments, event venues, or high-traffic facilities preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) language skills a plus
