Job Summary
Lead a team of facilities associates and porters while planning and coordinating maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance with the Facilities Manager. Maintain and repair building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment. Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. Train and mentor facilities associates to enhance their skills and performance, collaborating with other departments to support facility-related needs.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in maintenance or facility management, with leadership responsibilities
- Strong technical skills in various maintenance disciplines
