Job Summary
Lead and develop maintenance teams across multiple plants while overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective programs to maximize equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime. Standardize maintenance processes and CMMS usage across sites, manage budgets and vendor performance, and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide leadership for the Tooling Department, including engineers and technicians, ensuring fixture readiness for new product launches and coordinating annual reviews. Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and installations while reporting KPIs to align maintenance with production goals. Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety standards including LOTO and hot work protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial systems and automation
- Working knowledge of tooling and fixture operations
- Experience leading cross-functional multi-site technical teams in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CMMS
- Experience with predictive maintenance tools
- Ability to travel between sites
