Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness to maintain a secure workspace. May be cross-trained across multiple store areas as needed. This role supports TJX's goal of delighting shoppers with hidden treasures across its global brands, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
