Job Summary
Conduct apartment turnovers, perform maintenance repairs, and execute preventative maintenance while coordinating with vendors and managing resident relations. Respond to after-hours emergency calls and coordinate repairs across the Fairmount Pines property in Davenport. Requires strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus three years of apartment maintenance experience. Must hold a valid Iowa driver's license, vehicle insurance, and pass a background check and drug screening. Competitive pay starts at $26.00 per hour with quarterly bonuses.
