Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems in the PVB and Glass departments; identify equipment issues, perform repairs, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards; log activities and collaborate across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely
- Log maintenance activities using paper documentation or CMMS systems
- Align, adjust, and calibrate machine components for proper functionality
- Comply with safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, confined space) and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and operations teams
- Participate in ongoing technical and safety trainings
