Job Summary
Conduct technical maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and appliances while performing apartment turnovers within three to five business days. Manage common area upkeep including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and exterior monitoring for roof or siding issues. Execute preventive maintenance programs and ensure safe equipment conditions, maintaining tool inventory and work area cleanliness. Work full-time with on-call availability, reporting directly to the Property Manager and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Proof of automobile insurance coverage
- EPA certification
- Effective time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change in a composed manner
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
- Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to communicate clearly with the residents
- Ability to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment
- Willingness to work on-call hours
