Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform independently technical maintenance repairs on plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and appliances. Execute apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days, including installation of blinds, filter changes, and miscellaneous repairs. Manage common area upkeep through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning. Monitor building exteriors for roof, siding, and shutter issues while maintaining a preventive maintenance program. Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and ensure all work areas remain clean and safe. Work on-call hours as required to support resident service goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Possess effective time management skills

- Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances

Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification preferred
- If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date
