Job Summary
Perform independently technical maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and appliances while executing apartment turnovers within three to five business days. Manage common area upkeep including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and exterior monitoring for roof and siding issues. Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program and ensure the safe condition of all equipment and structures within your area of expertise. This full-time career-track role reports directly to the Property Manager and offers on-call monthly bonuses. ZRS Management provides a competitive pay range of $21–23 plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and a matched 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage
- EPA certification universal or Type 2 required
- Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Willing to work on-call hours
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Must possess strong organizational and technical skills
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
