Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at ZRS Management responsible for comprehensive property upkeep including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, apartment turnover within 3-5 business days, and common-area maintenance; duties include installing blinds, changing filters, replacing bulbs and door hardware, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining safe equipment conditions, inventorying tools, and communicating effectively with residents while adhering to safety rules. The role requires time-management, adaptability, teamwork, and willingness to work on-call; benefits include health insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, floating holidays, and housing discounts. EPA certification is preferred and certification must be obtained within 90 days if required by a property.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
