Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for skilled maintenance of the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances; perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3-5 business days, complete turnover checklists, and maintain common areas; monitor exterior building conditions; support a preventive maintenance program; maintain safe operation of equipment and inventory tools; work with Maintenance Supervisor and report to Property Manager; on-call hours required; EPA certification is preferred and, if required by property, must be obtained within 90 days of start date; full-time with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, and housing discounts.
