Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs; completing apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days; handling common area upkeep and safety compliance; maintaining preventive maintenance programs; entering new tools/equipment into inventory; ensuring a clean, safe work environment; strong communication with residents and the Maintenance Supervisor; on-call availability and ability to lift heavy objects; opportunity for promotion to Maintenance Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
- HVAC certification preferred.
