Job Summary
Perform independently technical maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and appliances. Execute apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days, including installation of blinds, filter changes, and miscellaneous repairs. Manage common area upkeep through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and pressure washing. Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, and shutter issues while maintaining an effective preventive maintenance program. Enter new tools into inventory and ensure all work areas remain clean and safe. Requires valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and willingness to work on-call hours. Full-time career-track position with opportunities for promotion to Maintenance Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage
