Maintenance Technician

Maintain the general upkeep of the student residence, including communal areas, repairs, minor redecoration, and ensuring spaces are exceptionally well-presented and functional. Complete both planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with service level agreements, perform first-line maintenance, and assist specialist contractors when required. Ensure students are safe and secure by carrying out periodic health and safety checks, fire safety inspections, risk assessments, and legionella testing. Manage health and safety responsibilities, keeping bin stores tidy and rotating bins regularly. Work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday at our state-of-the-art accommodation in London.
