Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role responsible for keeping the community grounds safe and well-maintained, handling service requests and inspections, maintaining inventory and assets, and supporting resident needs. Duties include preventative maintenance, snow removal, water-meter readings, home refurbishments, delivery/set-up support, tool/equipment organization, on-call responsiveness, adherence to safety standards (OSHA), and collaboration with residents, vendors, and team members. Must operate company vehicles per safety standards and participate in safety meetings; role is in-person at the Milan, IL community with an hourly wage.
