Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping the community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained; manage preventative maintenance and work-orders, assist with home refurbishments, read water meters and identify leaks, support new home delivery/setup, participate in safety meetings, and uphold OSHA standards. Must interact with residents, vendors, and management, operate company vehicles, assist with snow removal and de-icing, and maintain equipment and inventories while ensuring timely service requests and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- A valid in-state driver’s license is required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool Operation experience are a PLUS
- OSHA certifications or completed trainings are a plus
- Proficiency in industry specific software products including the use of electronic devices/tablets
