Job Summary
Keep equipment running smoothly with preventative maintenance while diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Weld, fabricate, and build parts when needed, then troubleshoot issues and jump into action on the plant floor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while documenting all work like the pro you are. This role requires hands-on problem-solving skills and experience with welding and mechanical repair, serving as a key part of Coatings Management Corporation's support for metal finishing companies across Michigan and North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
