Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed to manage day-to-day upkeep, repair, and operational safety of facilities. Focus on routine preventative maintenance, building systems troubleshooting, and equipment repair, with hands-on experience in both high and low voltage electrical systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and facility infrastructure, quickly addressing equipment failures, and overseeing contractors during major inspections or upgrades to ensure safety standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or residential facility maintenance.
- Strong, verifiable experience with both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Trade school certification, electrical journeyman license, or equivalent hands on professional experience.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multi-meters, and reading basic electrical schematics or facility blueprints.
- Ability to participate in an on call rotation for critical facility issues.
