Job Summary
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems while diagnosing and repairing issues in a timely manner. Maintain interior and exterior common areas, perform minor carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs, and manage inventory and maintenance records. Supervise junior staff when applicable and comply with safety regulations and building codes. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience, and computer/iPad skills, with an on-call rotation available 24/7. Wright Place, a 92-unit senior apartment community in Xenia, OH, offers a competitive hourly rate of $23.10 plus a $60/month mobile phone allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have painting/drywall ability
- Some janitorial will be expected
- Computer/iPad skills a must
- On-Call Requirement: This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required
- Valid driver's license required
