Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance and repair on facility equipment, grounds, and systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Perform exterior and interior inspections, execute janitorial duties, and manage snow removal and landscaping tasks as directed by the Administrator or Supervisor. Organize workload to ensure all assigned tasks are completed while meeting resident needs. Requires proof of immunization, a valid Maine driver's license, and basic mechanical knowledge. Join a Joint Commission-accredited senior living organization dedicated to high-quality care and safety.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, carpentry and general maintenance procedures
- proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, and Varicella
- current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine
- driving record that is satisfactory to the company
- Strong command of the English language
- ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision
