Maintenance Technician - Woodlake Village Apartments

Job Summary
Schedule and complete preventative maintenance activities while updating records. Provide excellent customer service by resolving all maintenance requests timely, including drywall, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Troubleshoot and replace HVAC equipment and appliances. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to respond to emergency services requests and property disasters. Complete all work orders within assigned timeframes to make apartments ready within five business days of vacancy. Comply with local ordinances, state and federal laws, and Fair Housing regulations. Requires EPA certification, three years of maintenance experience, and own basic tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in maintenance or equivalent field
- Must be EPA certified
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Ability to pass a criminal background check is required
- Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school, Highschool Diploma, or G.E.D. preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
