Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Windy Ridge responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to create a great living experience for residents. Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs/replacements in common areas and apartment units, performing preventative maintenance on the property, assessing and repairing appliances as needed, assisting in preparing vacant units for new residents, occasional on-call duties with trip stipend, and creating a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
- HVAC and EPA experience preferred
- CPO certification preferred
- Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
