Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform repairs for plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, including appliance installation. Complete resident service orders timely and maintain property exteriors to ensure curb appeal. Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws while adhering to all assigned duties. This role requires strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, EPA Type I & II certification, and the ability to handle after-hours emergencies. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs and may need a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license

- HVAC certification
- EPA Type I & II certification(s)
