Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform repairs for plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, including appliance installation. Complete resident service orders timely while maintaining property exteriors for curb appeal. Adhere to OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws. Assist with additional duties as assigned. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on-call for after-hours emergencies, and hold a valid driver's license. Requires one year of related experience and strong HVAC troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- This role MAY require a valid driver's license

- HVAC certification
- EPA Type I & II certification(s)
