Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform repairs for plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, including appliance installation. Complete resident service orders timely while maintaining property exteriors for curb appeal. Adhere to OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws. Additional duties as assigned. This role requires a minimum of one year of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong HVAC troubleshooting skills. EPA Type I & II certification and HVAC certification are preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be available for on-call after-hours emergencies. A valid driver's license may be required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- EPA Type I & II certification(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
