Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform repairs for plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, including appliance installation. Complete resident service orders timely and maintain property exterior for curb appeal. Adhere to OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws while assisting with assigned duties. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of related experience, and strong HVAC troubleshooting skills. HVAC certification and EPA Type I & II certifications are preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication abilities, multitask effectively, and be available for on-call after-hours emergencies. A valid driver's license may be required. Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
