Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform repairs for apartment communities, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems. Install new appliances as needed and ensure resident service orders are completed on a timely basis. Maintain property exteriors to ensure clean curb appeal while complying with OSHA regulations and health, safety laws. Assist with additional duties as assigned and be prepared for after-hours emergency response. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of related experience, and strong HVAC troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- This role MAY require a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- EPA Type I & II certification(s)
