Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems. Install new appliances as needed and ensure resident service orders are completed on a timely basis. Maintain the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times while complying with OSHA regulations and health, safety laws. Be available for after-hours emergencies and respond to additional duties as assigned. This role requires a minimum of one year of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong HVAC troubleshooting skills.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- EPA Type I & II certification(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
