Job Summary
Wieland is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 3rd and Weekend shifts responsible for maintaining production equipment and ensuring availability to achieve production goals. The technician will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, analyze schematics, and implement preventive maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years manufacturing related maintenance experience
- Electrical knowledge up to 480 volts
- A demonstrated safety orientation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic machine systems
- Experience using a maintenance management system such as FIIX
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset able to prioritize work based on the schedules, goals and objectives of the organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
