Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repairs at an apartment community, including make-ready units, grounds work, minor electrical and plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry; HVAC systems maintenance and repair; diagnose problems, replace parts, perform preventive maintenance, read equipment manuals, and respond to emergencies. Requires ability to work flexible hours, adhere to safety regulations, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects and work orders; on-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read electrical/plumbing fixtures
- Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry
- HVAC knowledge and certification preferred
