Maintenance Technician

Conduct daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation for a multimillion-dollar residential community. Perform hands-on work in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair while ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.
