Job Summary
Make ready units for new move-ins and complete grounds work including breezeway blowing and light landscaping. Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to efficiently complete projects and work orders. Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry repairs using appropriate tools. Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems while diagnosing problems, replacing parts, and testing adjustments. Schedule and complete the preventative maintenance program by reading equipment manuals. Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate concerns. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas. Work flexible hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
