Job Summary
Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects, work orders, and emergency repairs during and after hours. Make units ready for new move-ins while performing minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry work. Diagnose issues, replace parts, and adjust HVAC systems using appropriate tools. Execute the preventative maintenance program by reading equipment manuals and scheduling service. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas. Work flexible hours to support the apartment community's operations.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certified
- knowledge and ability to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
- Able to work flexible hours
