Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while conducting facility inspections to ensure safety compliance. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order tracking and inventory management, and execute residential painting tasks as needed. Fabricate and weld components for repairs, collaborate on developing maintenance schedules, and maintain accurate records of all activities. Address tenant concerns promptly to provide exceptional customer service. This full-time, 40-hour day shift role includes an on-call rotation and requires a driver's license.
