Job Summary
Conduct apartment make-readies by performing repairs, painting, and inspections to ensure units meet high standards before move-in. Respond promptly to resident service requests for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues while executing routine preventive maintenance on landscaping, lighting, and facilities. Monitor pool chemical balance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to all safety procedures and regulations. Requires high school diploma, one year of multifamily maintenance experience, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Preferred qualifications include pool certification (CPO).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance, specifically within multifamily properties
- Proficiency in general maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance, specifically within multifamily properties preferred
- Pool certification (CPO) preferred or willingness to obtain
