Job Summary
Conduct daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation across multimillion-dollar residential communities. Perform hands-on work in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair while ensuring resident safety and property standards. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly, manage deadlines, and support the broader maintenance team in keeping facilities operational. Required Qualifications
