Job Summary
Conduct appliance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs to ensure a safe, functional environment for residents. Diagnose issues and execute turn-key work to prepare vacancies for new residents. Perform wall texturing, painting, drywall repairs, and rough/finish carpentry including door installation. Replace smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms while identifying and reporting hazardous conditions to the Regional Property Manager. Install communications and entertainment systems as needed. Requires 3-5 years of residential or commercial maintenance experience, plus preferred plumbing and electrical backgrounds. Full-time role with competitive wages, medical, dental, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- GED or Equivalent
- Residential and/or Commercial Maintenance Experience: 3-5 years
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must pass a thorough background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to crouch
- Ability to crawl
- Communicate effectively
- Practice team behavior & demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships
- Organized and manage time effectively
- Proficient in technology and cell phone applications (i.e., Gmail, Slack, Monday.com)
